As the internet becomes more prevalent in our day to day activities, there will be tensions between national interests and global inter-operability. The rules governing the cyberworld are being tested on a daily basis as governments and individuals raise concerns about data security and privacy. Rules, ethics, social responsibility will posed an impact on the effects of users.
