Decided to upload some training videos from the session today to remind myself about my running mechanics as well as to bench mark with future trainings/ races. This is the crucial period for me as I am loading and hitting good times in training, increasing my strength (max weights) and pushing through the next 2 months of immense competition and training pressure.

I have been working on my starts (blocks) as I have kinda lost the feel of starting like a bullet. You know at times when you “try” too hard and take and learn from many various top sprinters, you get a convoluted mix of the “do’s” and “don’ts” that I get confused to know which is the best for me. I have worked on my finishing (last 20m), it has been getting better but I still lack the speed endurance mileage, will be pumping that up in the upcoming weeks.
